British Council Brings Digital Solutions Among Children From Mtandire

Children trained by British Council on basic computer coding skills from peri urban area of Mtandire in Lilongwe, have created different digital based solutions to perennial problems facing their community. 

The children used a BBC micro:bit -a pocket-sized programmable computer designed to help children learn the basics of computer coding.

China Resolute On Wildlife Protection In Africa

The Chinese government has said stiffer punishment to poachers and traffickers is the only way to fight against wildlife crimes.

Deputy Chief of Mission to Malawi and Political Councilor Mr. Xiusheng Wang, made the remarks in Lilongwe during a media briefing on how China is supporting global community in protection of wildlife and resolutely oppose to and crackdown illegal wildlife trade.

Future On Chanco Opening Begins Tuesday








The University of Malawi Council and the Chancellor College Academic Staff Union (CCASU) says they have finally identified the main problem prolonging their dispute and expresses hope for the fruitful discussion on Tuesday next week and make progress to end the dispute soon.

Concerned parties disclosed during media briefing on Friday in Lilongwe that failure to meet and cordially discuss their matter has been one of the major obstacle in the process of resolving the ongoing industrial strike by academic staff which began on March 20, 2017.

The Sun Bird Search for a Star 2013 winner, Adrian confirmed in an interview on Thursday, that his second album is now out ready to share with the world.
